Dipped Goods Latex

HA latex concentrate for gloves, condoms, and thin-wall rubber goods.

Dipped-goods plants consume high-ammonia latex at 60% dry rubber content with tight mechanical stability and low volatile fatty acids. Our HA latex programme targets glove, condom, and thin-wall producers that need COA parameters to match long dip cycles. Ship in drums for trials or flexitanks for plant-scale volume.

Medical and industrial glove lines

Double-shift glove plants watch MST and VFA first because early coagulation stops production. We confirm 60.0% DRC plus or minus 0.5% and ammonia between 0.6 and 0.8% on every shipment. Pre-shipment samples in insulated packaging are available for new mill qualifications.

Condoms, foam, and adhesives

Thin-wall dipped products need the same stability parameters as gloves with different maturation times. Low VFA prevents off-odour and premature gelation in storage. Confirm your coagulant system when requesting samples so we can advise on compatibility.

Halal and quality documentation

Halal (BPJPH) certificates are available for medical dipped goods programmes. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 scope documents accompany the shipment. Drum and flexitank serial numbers tie to the laboratory COA on the packing list.

Dipped goods FAQ

HA latex specs and logistics for glove and dipped-goods plants.

Which latex specs matter most for dipped-goods production lines?

DRC at 60.0% plus or minus 0.5%, ammonia 0.6 to 0.8%, MST minimum 650 seconds, and VFA at or below 0.06%. These four parameters predict behaviour on long dip cycles better than DRC alone.

What minimum volume applies to dipped-goods latex export programmes?

20 MT minimum as 205 L drums or one 20 MT flexitank. Glove plants on standing contracts often book monthly flexitank sailings FOB Belawan or Jakarta with two to three week lead time.

Should a new glove plant start with drums or flexitanks for Indonesian latex?

Start with 205 L drums for mill qualification and recipe tuning, then move to 20 MT flexitanks once MST and VFA performance is confirmed on your dip line. We can supply both formats under one contract reference.

Can dipped-goods buyers receive latex samples before a 20 MT order?

Yes. Insulated sample shipments with full COA are available for new mill qualifications. Sample costs can credit against the first bulk order when stated on the proforma invoice.
