SIR 20 is the highest-volume Indonesian TSR grade in international trade. It balances cost and performance for passenger and light-truck tire plants that blend Indonesian rubber with other origins in the mixer. Dirt content is at or below 0.16%, PRI at or above 50, and Mooney viscosity is centred at 65 for predictable processing on standard tire lines.
Most tire compounders run SIR 20 as a base natural rubber alongside CV grades or specialty polymers. Its Mooney band is wide enough for automated weighing systems yet consistent enough for SPC charts. We publish dirt, ash, volatile matter, nitrogen, PRI, and Mooney on every lot so your incoming QC can reject before the banbury opens.
SIR 20 is our fastest-moving catalogue grade. Quarterly and annual contracts with named monthly call-offs are common for tire makers in Asia, Europe, and North America. Spot containers are available when mill capacity allows, typically two to three weeks from order confirmation.
Every SIR 20 container includes certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, weight and quality certificates, and loading photos. SNI 1903 test summaries and Halal certificates match the stuffed lot. Third-party inspection at the loading port is available on request.

SIR 20 offers the best cost-to-performance balance for passenger and light-truck compounds, with dirt at or below 0.16% and predictable Mooney viscosity at 65 plus or minus 5. It is the standard reference grade in many Asian tire formulations.
PRI at or above 50 on the pre-shipment laboratory report, tested per SNI 1903 methods. Lots below the contract PRI floor are not shipped under the SIR 20 designation. Retained samples are held at our Jakarta laboratory against the export reference.
One 20 ft FCL at 19.6 MT net, 560 bales of 35 kg each on shrink-wrapped pallets. Lead time is two to three weeks FOB Jakarta or Belawan. Contract programmes can fix monthly volumes across a calendar quarter.
