Product overview

SIR 20 is the standard Indonesian tire-grade TSR for passenger and light-truck compounds. Bales are graded to SNI 1903 with dirt content at or below 0.16%, ash at or below 1.00%, and Mooney viscosity ML (1+4) at 100 °C centred at 65. Shrink-wrapped 35 kg bales load 19.6 MT per 20 ft container from Jakarta or Belawan.

Quality and SNI 1903 compliance

Each lot is sampled for dirt content, ash, volatile matter, nitrogen, PRI, and Mooney viscosity before export release. Limits match SNI 1903 SIR 20 tables. Out-of-spec bales are segregated rather than blended into export lots.

Passenger and light-truck tread, sidewall, and inner liner compounds where Indonesian TSR is blended with other natural rubber origins or synthetics. SIR 20 is the cost-effective base grade for high-volume tire programmes.
